What If Your Presentation Library Could Grow Without Your Workload Growing Too?

Your SlideHub library already solves the chaos of scattered presentations, inconsistent branding, and outdated content. Your team has one source of truth. Content is organized. Brand standards are maintained.

These new features add another layer of efficiency: automation that handles more of the repetitive tasks while you maintain full control.

Spend less time organizing, more time creating

Organizing Visual Assets: You've already built your category structure that reflects how your team works. Now, when you upload new images or icons, AI suggests where they fit within that structure and generates descriptive tags automatically.

You review, approve, adjust as needed. Same control, less manual work.

Maintaining Brand Voice: Now, when your team generates new slides with AI, that brand voice applies automatically. Set your tone guidelines once, and every generation matches your style from the first draft.

On-brand content without editing.

Verifying Content Sources: Your library is your single source of truth. Now, when AI generates slides from your approved content, it shows exactly which slides it referenced. Click the link, confirm accuracy, done.

Instant verification instead of cross-referencing.

Updating Recurring Data at Scale: If you use Admin Managed Data placeholders for recurring information like employee numbers, dates, or contact details, you can now update multiple values at once via Excel. One upload, and every presentation using those placeholders reflects the new data instantly.

Streamlined Getting Started: When users open empty presentations, they now see a focused interface with essential features. Once they start adding library content, the full interface appears automatically. Clearer starting point, faster onboarding, same access to all capabilities.

See the Difference in Your Daily Work

Before: Uploading 50 new icons means adding them to your organized library - setting categories, adding tags, making them searchable. Straightforward, but time-consuming.

Now: Upload 50 icons. Review AI suggestions for categories and tags. Approve what fits, adjust what doesn't. Your library stays organized with less manual input.

Before: Your team generates slides with AI. Content is good, but you review to ensure it matches your brand voice and style.

Now: Brand voice is configured once. Generated content already matches your guidelines. Review for accuracy, not for tone.

Before: Someone generates a slide from company information. You want to verify the sources. Confirming which specific slides can take a long time.

Now: Source links are right there on the slide. Copy the link to your browser, verify, continue.

Before (if using Admin Managed Data): Company data changes across multiple areas - employee numbers, office locations, key dates, contact information. You open each placeholder's settings individually and update the values one by one.

Now: Download all placeholders to Excel. Update all values in one place. Upload once. Every presentation using those placeholders reflects the new data instantly.

Before: New users open SlideHub and see every available feature. They need guidance on where to start.

Now: New users see essential features first. As they work, the full interface appears. Less overwhelming, faster time to productivity.

These features make what's working work even better. Less time on repetitive tasks. More time on strategic improvements. Same control, greater efficiency.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
