✨ Our Approach to AI

AI at SlideHub isn’t a standalone product, it’s an enhancement to help you work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. Our aim with AI is not to change, but to strengthen the product vision for both end users and content managers. Specifically, we want to free up time for managers, while leveraging existing assets to increase value for end-users.

For end users:

  • Fast to learn
  • Easy, direct access to assets in most common tools e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • No exposure to irrelevant features
  • Make it easy to be on-brand, customize presentations and  contribute to the library

For content managers:

  • Flexible: Organizational structure, and content structure
  • Customizable: ability to turn off features, and adjust styles and branding boundaries
  • Insightful: what is being used and who is using it
  • Making the tool as simple as possible without losing power

We currently have four AI features planned for rollout over the next two quarters:

  • Text to slide (BETA in Q4 2025): Simply type or paste your content, and AI Text to Slide will instantly generate a slide. Layouts, visuals, and formatting are automatically aligned with your brand, and you can easily adjust them if needed, saving hours of manual work.
  • Automatic tagging (BETA in Q4 2025): The AI recommends the most suitable categories, subcategories, and tags for your content, both for newly added assets and those already in your library. This streamlines organization for content managers, simplifies library maintenance, and makes it quicker for users to locate the assets they need.
  • Build slides with company assets (BETA in Q1 2026): Just like the standard text to slide process, this feature automatically generates slides based on your text input - but with a key difference. It uses your organization’s approved assets from the SlideHub library, including slides, icons, and images. This way, every AI-generated slide stays on-brand, visually consistent, and aligned with your company’s content standards.
  • One-click slide redesign (BETA in Q1 2026): Need to refresh or reformat an existing slide? The one-click redesign feature reuses your slide content to instantly update your slide’s layout and style, keeping it aligned with your brand. Perfect for quickly adapting existing content for new audiences or presentations.

We are looking for beta testers - If you’re a client and want to get early access and learn more about the BETA testing, don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Success team at success@slidehub.com

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
