Version control for Word and Excel files

We’ve added version control for Word and Excel to notify users when a document or sheet is outdated, ensuring they always work with the most up-to-date files.

What did we focus on?

  • Warnings/notifications when a file you are working on is outdated
  • Ability to quickly insert the latest approved file

Statistics enhancements

Presentation builder 2.0

Streamline your proposals with advanced filtering within your presentation builder that allows for greater automation. The Presentation Builder 2.0 will enhance presentation customization with new slide filtering options e.g. product, industries etc.

Template & format validation

Our goal is to enhance brand consistency by ensuring slides comply with the company template before they are uploaded to the library. The new feature will automatically validate the template, colors and fonts of all new slides.

Refinement of search UI and UX

This update will enhance the search functionality with the simplification of UI and enablement of “OR” and “NOT” search logic and detailed sorting.

Logo and icon placeholders

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
