Privacy terms

The Customer can at any time decide to have this information removed from SlideHub systems via their personal login to the Client Platform (https://app.slidehub.io) or by sending a request to [email protected]. Doing so will remove the Customer from the system and disable the Customer from using SlideHub Services. For Customers with outstanding payments to SlideHub, the Customer must settle such outstanding payments before being able to have the personal information removed.

The above information is stored within SlideHub until the Customer actively decide to remove it as per the terms outlined in the SlideHub Data Processing Agreement found here.

Customers with access to the SlideHub Design Service, in addition to the above, acknowledge and accept that SlideHub stores feedback and Service-related preferences, e.g. visual style, corporate visual identity etc. about the Customer and the Customer's organization. The Customer can at any time view, edit, and delete any such information via the Client Platform.

Customers with access to the SlideHub Asset Platform, in addition to the above, acknowledge and accept that all content uploaded to or otherwise added to the platform e.g., slide content, document content, and email signature content, which may contain personal information, is processed by SlideHub as necessary to provide and operate the core software experience.

Customers who enable the Artificial Intelligence (AI) features provided by the SlideHub Asset Platform, including but not limited to content generation, design suggestions, text analysis, acknowledge and accept that all content uploaded to, used for AI generation or otherwise added to the platform, which may contain personal information, is processed by AI systems solely to provide the requested functionality. SlideHub and its AI providers do not use Customer information for training or improving AI models. It is the responsibility of the Customer's Account Owner to enable or disable these AI-powered features as well as manage the content that is uploaded to the platform and used for content generation and consequently processed by the AI features.

By accepting these Terms, the Customer further accepts that SlideHub stores all email corresponds with the Customer in a period of up to 12 months.

We work with a number of third-party services to run our website, marketing, and product. Depending on which cookies you accept and what you do on our site, your data may be shared with:

Advertising and analytics partners (joint controllers):

We use Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and Leadfeeder for advertising, conversion measurement, retargeting, and website analytics. For this processing, SlideHub and each provider act as joint controllers under Art. 26 GDPR: we obtain your consent and provide this notice; they process the data on their platforms and handle related data subject rights requests and international transfers under their own terms. You can exercise your GDPR rights against either SlideHub or the relevant provider.

Service providers (processors):

We use Customer.io (email and lifecycle marketing), Attio (CRM), HeyRosie (AI voice receptionist), and Fibbler (cookie consent management) to operate our business. These providers process personal data on our instructions under a Data Processing Agreement and only for the purposes we define.

As long as the Customer does not unsubscribe, the Customer further accepts that SlideHub may send occasional promotional material to Customer e.g. newsletters, product updates, etc.

If you decline cookies:

If you decline non-essential cookies in our consent banner, none of the advertising or analytics tracking above is loaded, and no data is shared with those providers from your visit. If you separately choose to contact us, sign up for a demo, fill out a form, or create an account, the information you submit is processed through our service providers (such as Customer.io and Attio) so we can respond to you and manage the relationship. This is necessary to provide the service you've asked for and is not affected by cookie consent.
