📝 Simplify Document Creation with Simple Forms-Based Automation

Forms-based document automation guides users through a simple Q&A process that automatically populates placeholders—such as standard text, sections, images, and icons—to generate fully customized documents. This reduces manual editing, minimizes errors, and speeds up creation by ensuring the right content and visuals are inserted in the correct places. This update helps teams benefit from faster, more accurate document production.

If you’d like to explore forms and document automation, our Customer Success team can guide you through the setup during a working session. Prefer to have us handle it? We can also create the forms for you at an additional cost. To learn more, just schedule a meeting with our Customer Success team.

🖼️ Effortlessly Insert Visuals Using Image & Icon Placeholders

Image and icon placeholders let users select from company-approved visuals that are automatically inserted into the document or presentation in the correct position and size. This saves time on manual formatting, ensures brand consistency, and reduces errors during the final download.

🧩 Build Flexible Documents with Section Placeholders

Section placeholders enable you to customize documents by selecting and inserting ready-made content blocks based on your needs during download. This streamlines the document creation process and reduces manual editing.

🔐 Enhance Account Security with Two-Factor Authentication

You can now enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of protection to your account. 2FA helps prevent unauthorized access and supports compliance with internal or client security requirements. It takes less than a minute to activate directly from your account settings.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
