Product Update - October 2024

In October, we introduced a range of enhancements, such as a confirmation step for suggestions before sending and added filtering options for user trends. Our main focus, however, has been on three key updates: a scan to identify potential placeholders, an option for managers to download locked slides or slides containing identifiers in an “edit-friendly” format, and support for internal and Zoom links to ensure a smoother experience when uploading and using slides with these links.

Watch the full video below:

Highlights from October Product Update:

  • Scan for potential Placeholder Identifiers - streamline your workflow and empower your team to quickly customize presentations for clients. By implementing placeholders into your existing slides, you can save time and enhance efficiency effortlessly

  • Zoom and internal link support - upload presentations to your library that include zooms and links to specific slides within the presentation, allowing for a more dynamic navigation

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
