• Locked slides are here to prevent modification of critical product information or keep brand-sensitive content compliant use case: ensure terms and conditions documents cannot be changed
• Use SlideHub in Outlook to easily access company assets and streamline communications
  use case: insert documents and convert them to PDF format from Outlook directly
• White icons stay white when replaced, saving time recoloring icons for colour consistency
