SlideHub

Penetration tested, SOC 2 certified, built on modern cloud

Stay secure with systems validated by 3rd parties and built on modern tech and with enterprise ready permission options.

Eight ways we keep your content secure

Independent certifications, recurring penetration tests, and a privacy-first approach to AI.

SOC 2 Type II certified

SlideHub is SOC 2 Type II certified and committed to keeping your data safe and secure. SOC 2 is an independent audit of our security controls, comparable in scope to ISO 27001.

Recurring penetration test

An independent security audit firm runs penetration tests against SlideHub's systems on a recurring basis to validate that bad actors cannot access the platform.

Ongoing vulnerability surveillance

You are in safe hands with best-in-class systems monitoring from Snyk.io, Detectify, and AWS Inspector watching the platform around the clock.

Modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure

The platform is hosted on modern cloud infrastructure from Amazon Web Services. All programs are written using modern developer frameworks such as Laravel and .NET Core.

Privacy-focused AI

A privacy-focused approach to AI: SlideHub only uses open source models and never shares user or customer input with the model developers.

All data stored in EU

Customer data, databases and file systems alike, is hosted in the EU (AWS, Ireland region) and never leaves European infrastructure.

GDPR and other policies in place

SlideHub follows GDPR guidelines on privacy and data management. Read our GDPR documentation.

Validated by Microsoft

The slide management platform is validated by Microsoft as part of the Office Store approval process.

Control who can do what with your content

Beyond infrastructure security, SlideHub governs your content from the inside: structure people into teams, give them roles, own and approve what goes live, and keep permissions tight, all the way down to a single slide.

Teams

Mirror your organization with teams. Scope libraries, content, and access per team so each one sees the slides relevant to them, and nothing they shouldn't.

Roles

Role-based access decides what each person can do, from full admins to content owners, contributors, and view-only users, so people get exactly the access their job needs.

Content ownership

Every slide and asset has a named owner who is accountable for keeping it current and approved. Ownership drives update notifications and review, so nothing goes stale unnoticed.

Suggestions

Anyone can suggest a new or improved slide to the library; owners review before it goes live, so the library grows from the whole team without losing control. See how suggestions work.

Approvals

New and updated content routes through review and sign-off before it publishes to the live library, so only approved, on-brand material reaches the people building decks.

Permissions

Granular permissions govern who can view, insert, edit, approve, and share content, at the user, team, and content level, down to locking an individual slide.
