What if I stop using the SlideHub solution?

For the annual plans, you can cancel any time, but there is no refund for outstanding months.

What if I need more seats?

You simply add more users to the account. If the number of seats in use exceeds the committed number of annual seats an additional invoice will be issued for the additional seats.

What happens if I remove seats during the year?

If your reduce the number of seats to below the initially commitment annual seats, it does not impact your billing situation.

What if I only need the PowerPoint Asset Platform / software solution?

That is not a problem. You can turn off the service access on your account to ensure no one on your team uses the service.

Can we deploy email signatures to our whole organization even if not everyone has access to the SlideHub library?

Yes - email signatures are available as a standalone add-on for Enterprise customers. For $2,000 per year, your entire organization can have professional, consistent email signatures deployed, without having to purchase library access for everyone.

For the software, is there a limit to the weekly usage?

There is a weekly limit of 500, non-company assets per user.
