  • You’re not a SlideHub client. Contact Customer Success
  • The slide no longer exists, or you lack the necessary permissions to view it
  • The slide was linked with the Section Zoom

SlideHub's better Solution for Managing Broken internal / zoom link

SlideHub enhances how broken links are handled, offering more information than standard PowerPoint behaviour when managing internally linked slides.
How Does standard PowerPoint Handle Broken internal / zoom link?
When you copy and paste a slide with linked elements into another file, PowerPoint either:
  • Keeps the links but connects them to unrelated slides.
  • Displays the links as broken without providing further details about the original slide.
PowerPoint doesn’t offer additional information about where the link was originally directed.
How does SlideHub handle broken internal / zoom link?
If the file is linked to the SlideHub library, you get more benefits:
  • The preview image of the originally linked slide is retained even using a slide separate.
  • You can click the link to access the correct linked slide in the library, if available.
If possible, login to SlideHub and retry clicking the link
