February's update is about getting the hours back. Whether it's helping your team discover the right slide faster, building AI slides without breaking their flow, or getting everyone's email signature sorted in one go. Here's what changed:
When someone's building a presentation, the first slide they find isn't always the right one. The same design might exist with two bullet points or five, in a different language, or with a slightly different layout — and without a way to surface those versions, your team either spends time rebuilding something that already exists or ends up using a slide that doesn't quite fit.
Slide Collections group those related versions together so your team sees all the options at once and picks the one that actually fits the content they're working with. Inspiration slides already come grouped. If you're a manager, you can set up collections for your company slides too.
Waiting for AI to finish before you can move on breaks your concentration and slows your whole presentation down. February's AI Text-to-Slide update keeps you moving.
Generate multiple slide variations at once, all building in the background while you carry on working. The AI checks your existing library before creating anything new, so you're not duplicating content you already have. It also shows you the planned text before building, so the result always matches what you had in mind.
As a manager, you control which company slides the AI draws from in the AI slides tab. The AI works around your workflow, not the other way around.
Choose from three access levels: managers only, all users, or selected users and managers. Grant access individually for precise control.
The benefit Roll out AI at your organization's pace. Test with a pilot group, gather feedback, then expand when ready.
Less time cleaning up. More confidence in everything that's in your library.
Not every upload needs the full setup. When you just need content in the system quickly, you can now skip the non-essential steps: individual slide labelling, similar slide scanning, and cover slide selection. The first slide is set as the cover automatically.
You can now run multiple signature formats at the same time, useful if different teams or contexts need different signatures. To update everyone's details, download your team's current data, make your changes in one file, and upload it back. Users can switch between signatures themselves.
Everyone sorted, in one go.
