What if I need more seats mid-year?
You simply add more users to the account. If usage exceeds your committed seats, an additional invoice is issued at your plan’s seat rate. Volume discounts apply at 20+ extra seats.
What if I remove seats during the year?
Reducing below your initially committed seat count doesn’t impact billing for the current term. Your next renewal can be adjusted to reflect lower usage.
What if I stop using SlideHub?
For annual plans, you can cancel at any time, but there is no refund for outstanding months.
Can we deploy email signatures org-wide?
Yes. Enterprise customers can deploy branded email signatures for $2,000/year, even for employees without a SlideHub library licence.
Is there a usage limit on the platform?
There is a weekly limit of 500 non-company assets per user. Your own company-managed content has no usage limit.
What if I only need the asset platform / software solution?
Not a problem. You can disable service access on your account so no one on your team uses the design service.
