What determines the final price?
The final price reflects the scale of the implementation, mainly driven by the number and type of users (expected usage frequency).
How many seats are included?
SMB & Growth includes 20 seats and Enterprise includes 100 seats. A seat is one named user with access to the platform.
What happens if we need more seats than are included?
You can add seats at any time. We’ll quote additional seats based on your plan, and they’re billed on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of your contract term.
Can we reassign a seat to a different person?
Yes. Seats are not tied to an individual for the life of the contract. When someone leaves or changes role, you can reassign their seat to another team member at no extra cost.
How many devices can a seat be used on?
Just like a CRM system, there is no limit to the number of devices from which each user can access SlideHub, as long as they don’t share their personal login with other users.
Do we pay for every employee, or only active users?
You only pay for the seats you assign. There’s no requirement to license your entire organization. Most teams start with the included seats and expand as adoption grows.
Why is there a charge for SSO and Directory Sync?
SSO and Directory Sync are powered by WorkOS, which charges us a direct per-tenant fee. We pass that through at cost as a $900/year/tenant add-on on SMB & Growth. On Enterprise, it’s included.
Are AI generation costs included?
Yes. AI slide generation and AI search are included in your plan at no extra cost. We reserve the right to charge for usage in extreme cases, but this is rare and we’ll always reach out first.
Do new features come included as you release them?
Yes. The majority of new features roll out to all plans at no extra cost. A small number of capabilities with heavy infrastructure or third-party costs are reserved for Enterprise.
Do I need the SaaS platform to use your other services?
No. The SaaS platform is not required to use our other services. You can engage our design and expert services independently, and add the platform whenever it makes sense for your team.
Can we deploy email signatures org-wide?
Yes. Org-wide branded email signatures are included on Enterprise, even for employees without a SlideHub library licence.
Is there a usage limit on the platform?
There is a weekly limit of 500 non-company assets per user. Your own company-managed content has no usage limit.
What if I only need the asset platform / software solution?
Not a problem. You can disable service access on your account so no one on your team uses the design service.
What if I stop using SlideHub?
For annual plans, you can cancel at any time, but there is no refund for outstanding months. Also, SlideHub allows you to export all content via the native SharePoint integration and meta data export.
